1. Your forgiveness I beseech! Praise is due to God Who let me taste its (the food's) delight, Who kept within me its nourishment, and ridded me of its harm.
2. (Or) Praise be to God Who has ridded me of its harm and kept me healthy.
3. O God! Purify my heart from hypocrisy and safeguard my private parts from all indecency.
